All orders are pre-paid with certified funds ( Credit card, certified check, etc... ). 2. All orders must have an attached artwork file matching one of the following types: *.cdr - CorelDraw ( any version ) *.fh10 - MacroMedia Freehand ( version 10 or lower ) *.eps - encapsulated post script *.ai - adobe illustrator ( version 9 or lower ) NOTE: All fonts in your file must be converted to curves. ( that's outlines for those using Macintosh ) We can assist by phone on artwork preparation. 3. We must have your signature sales tax id number on file before we can begin business.
